營運者與適用範圍
霓光先鋒（Neon Vanguard）由 SiuJim（藝名；實際營運者為 Ying Kin Long）營運。本政策適用於遊戲及這個支援網站。私隱查詢請電郵 anakin.work@gmail.com。
遊戲進度留在裝置
遊戲無需註冊或登入。英雄、金幣、關卡、造型、升級、任務及設定儲存在裝置，遊戲不會把這些存檔傳送給營運者，也不提供跨裝置同步。沒有 App 內購買，遊戲金幣不能兌換現金或轉讓。
廣告與資料處理
手機版整合 Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）及 UMP 同意管理服務。這些服務可能處理 IP 位址及由此推算的概略位置、裝置識別資料、廣告曝光及互動、App 互動、當機與效能資料，用於廣告投放、成效分析、防止詐欺及服務運作。非個人化廣告仍可能涉及上述資料處理。
目前版本使用 Google 官方測試廣告，並要求非個人化廣告；不主動要求 iOS 跨 App 追蹤授權。只有同意管理服務表示可請求廣告時才載入廣告。適用地區可在「設定 → 廣告隱私選項」更改同意。沒有可用廣告或離線時仍可遊玩；獎勵只在完成指定廣告條件後發放。基本遊戲無需網絡。
Google 可能在不同國家處理資料，其保留、刪除及資料權利按 Google 私隱政策處理。我們不控制 Google 的個別保留期限。遊戲不要求相機、麥克風、精確位置、聯絡人或相片資料庫權限。
網站與支援通訊
這個網站沒有自行加入廣告、分析追蹤器或登入功能。網站託管服務可能為提供網頁、保安及防濫用處理 IP 位址、瀏覽器及請求紀錄。你主動發送支援電郵時，營運者及電郵服務供應商會收到你提供的電郵地址、查詢內容與附件，只用於回覆、排查問題及必要的保安或法律用途。請勿提交密碼、付款資料或無關的個人資料。
保留、刪除與選擇
本機進度會保留至你刪除 App 及其資料或裝置清除資料；單純卸載 App 可能保留資料。刪除或重新安裝可能使進度無法恢復，系統備份的處理由裝置設定及 Apple 政策決定。營運者沒有存檔伺服器副本。
支援通訊只保留至處理查詢及必要的法律或保安用途所需時間。你可透過上述電郵要求查閱、更正或刪除由營運者持有的支援資料；依法必須保留的資料除外。廣告資料請使用遊戲同意選項、裝置私隱設定及 Google 的權利申請渠道。
兒童及政策更新
遊戲面向一般玩家，不設兒童帳戶或社交功能。未成年玩家處理私隱或支援查詢時，可請家長或監護人協助。如後續版本改變廣告設定或資料處理方式，我們會同步更新本政策與商店披露。

Neon Vanguard is operated by Ying Kin Long under the stage name SiuJim. This policy covers the game and this support website. Contact anakin.work@gmail.com for privacy requests.
Local progress
No account or sign-in is required. Heroes, coins, progress, skins, upgrades, missions and settings stay on your device and are not sent to the operator. There is no cross-device sync or in-app purchasing. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Advertising
The mobile app integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and UMP consent management. These services may process IP addresses and approximate location, device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash logs and performance data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention and service operation. Non-personalized ads may still involve this processing.
The current build uses official Google test ads and requests non-personalized ads. It does not actively request iOS cross-app tracking permission. Ads load only when consent management permits requests. Where applicable, change consent in Settings → Ad privacy choices. Basic gameplay works offline and when ads are unavailable. Rewards require completing the ad provider’s reward conditions.
Google may process data internationally. Its retention periods and rights procedures are described in the Google Privacy Policy. The app requests no camera, microphone, precise-location, contacts or photo-library permissions.
Website and support
This website adds no advertising, analytics trackers or sign-in. The hosting service may process IP addresses, browser and request logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention. If you email support, the operator and email provider receive the address, message and attachments you submit, for responding, troubleshooting and necessary security or legal purposes. Do not send passwords, payment information or unrelated personal information.
Retention and choices
Local progress remains until the app and its data are deleted or the device clears them. Offloading may retain data. Deleting or reinstalling may make progress unrecoverable; system backup behavior depends on Apple policies and device settings. The operator has no server copy of saves.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to address your request and for necessary legal or security purposes. Email us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal retention obligations. Manage advertising data through consent choices, device privacy controls and Google’s request channels.
Children and updates
The game serves a general audience and has no child accounts or social features. Minors may seek help from a parent or guardian for privacy and support matters. Changes to data handling or advertising settings will be reflected in this policy and store disclosures.
